    We can get so caught up in comparing ourselves to everyone else. Trying to meet everyone else's expectations.

    Parents, Siblings, Family, Friends, Partner, Kids, everyone seems to have an opinion on what you should be doing and how you should do it.

    When we get caught up in this, we become concerned about what others will think of us, what if they judge you, what if they reject you!!

    You may have found yourself cutting parts of 'YOU' off in order to try and fit in the box. But you don't fit!

    Maybe you have been judging you, because you don't fit or can't do what everyone else seems to be able to do. Maybe you feel like you can't get anything right.......

    It is time to reconnect back with who you are and what lights your heart up.

  • Key Two - Clarity & Choice

    We often know what we don't want because its in our face, it is causing us pain, frustration or unhappiness. So it sparks us to think about moving away from the old situation. But if you you don't what you want instead, then how do you ever arrive?

    This key is all about gaining this clarity, getting clear on what kind of career or business you wish to have and choosing that.

    Previously reconnecting with who you truly are allows you to reconnect with what is satisfying and rewarding for you.

    Lot's of people get stuck here either because they can't gain that clarity or they know what they want but don't know where to start to create it.......

    It is also often where the fear and doubt rise their head. You start to question is this even possible? What if I fail? I'm not smart enough.... etc....etc....etc....

    These are the things that stop you from choosing.

    It is time to get clarity and choose what kind of life you want!

  • Key Three - Courage

    This key is all about taking control of your life back.

    It is also often where the fear and doubt rise their head. You start to question is this even possible? What if I fail? I'm not smart enough.... etc....etc....etc....

    This is where you have chosen to do it anyway. You have the courage to start to explore your options. You have the courage to up level yourself, this may be up levelling your knowledge, up levelling your mindset or maybe both. You can have all the knowledge in the world but if you don't have the right mindset then you will never do anything with it.

    Courage is not about being afraid, it's about taking steps despite of the fear.

    It is time to get clarity and choose what kind of life you want!

    Key four is Create - Going out and taking inspired action to create the career and business you desire. Each time resistance comes up, let it go, and move on with your creation.

    You can come back and use this recording whenever you need to let the resistance go!
