I understand that Christie Moran will work with me in order to help me meet my agreed outcomes. I realise, however, that Christie Moran CANNOT get results for me and that my results are the outcome of my willingness to participate in the process, my own focus on my results and the actions I am willing to take.

I understand that coaching is a facilitation process that assists me to access my own internal resources and take my own action. As a result, I am a fully participating agent and fully responsible for my own results.

I understand that sometimes doses of medication may need to be adjusted when doing inner work and that I will be responsible for informing my doctor or psychiatrists so that my medication may be monitored adequately.
