The energies of Body Whispering are healing, nurturing, kindness, peace and include contribution from the earth and nature. It is extremely gentle, peaceful and open up your body's ability to heal and receive the changes it has been asking for.
Body Whispering is about tapping into and coming back to the true nature of the generative, healing, powerful being that you are.
These sessions can be conducted in person (Newcastle Area) or via phone/zoom.

Synchronising the mind, body and spirit to uncover the greatness of you. How does life get better than that?
What to expect in a Body Whispering session?
Body whispering can be hands on or hands off, it can be done in person or via distance. Everybody is different and requires a tailored approach to assist with their specific needs. Firstly, you keep your clothes on. It is a very relaxing technique as the practitioner facilitates your body to unblock and release any stuck energies and emotions which are holding you back or creating dis-ease in your body. The practitioner may lightly touch the body to assist with this energy release or they may simply create the safe space for the release to occur. It’s all about listening to the whispers of our bodies because when we don’t they tend to get louder and louder in the form of pain and dis-ease.

You may choose to experience a Body whispering session for a number of reasons like; relief from trauma, not sleeping, emotional upset, anxiety, depression, body issues, feeling stuck in life and so much more. Our body knows more than we give it credit for. We have a whole lot of information being given to us through our bodies and most of the time we ignore it. How often have you ignored that gut feeling just to end up wishing you had listened to it?
We have an internal guidance system that lets us know what is going to create more or less for us. When we ignore it, life gets harder. So start tuning in and notice. When considering your options; check in with your body. Does thinking about this possibility you are considering feel light and expansive, or hard and confining? Follow your own guidance, instead of what society or the people around you say is right or wrong.
Say yes to the stuff that feels good! Don’t overthink it, trust your intuition. That very first thought you have about something is the only one to listen to. If at first it sounds fun, or interests you then just say yes. Don’t wait for the fear or uncertainty to creep in, you may end up talking yourself out of it. We so often stop ourselves from doing what we want to because we choose to listen to our negative self-talk instead of what our bodies are telling us. Are you letting these thoughts get in your way:
